Where do you deliver?
We offer hot tub hire across Surrey and the South East. Send us your postcode and preferred dates so we can confirm delivery and availability.
What’s the minimum hire period?
The minimum is three usable hire days, plus one day for delivery and warm-up — four days in total. We’ll confirm your delivery and collection dates when arranging your hire.
Do you deliver and set up the hot tub?
Yes. Our team delivers and sets up your hot tub, explains how to use and care for it, and collects it at the end of your hire.
What space, water and power do I need?
You’ll need level ground, clear access, a hose, water and an outdoor waterproof socket within seven metres. We’ll confirm the space needed.
When will the hot tub be ready to use?
Allow 12–24 hours for heating, or up to 30 in cold weather. We include a warm-up day.
